Kickboxing

What is it?

A high intensity interval training for new or experienced athletes, using Kickboxing bags, gloves, handwraps and a ton of energy!! This workout develops self-defense techniques with intense cardio workouts, resulting in changes in physique, weight loss and muscle development as well as improving your cardiovascular system .

**Interval training consists of short intervals of intense activity, mixed with longer intervals of mid intensity intervals. Interval training burns calories, increases speed and endurance, and promotes a healthy heart!

What are the benefts and what does Cardio Kickboxing do for you?

Promotes Mental Health by increasing serotonin & reducing stress, teaches self defense techniques and builds confidence
Develops fitness by burning calories, building a strong core, providing a full body workout, developing and toning muscle and improving cardio

What equipment do I need?

It’s simple- all you need are Kickboxing gloves and wraps! Available to purchase through Pro Style Martial Arts, or bring your own!

Kids Karate

What is it?

Designed specifically for children for developing fitness, focus, flexibility, and self defense. Karate helps you to achieve your personal best by pushing your boundaries, both physically and mentally, to limits you did not think possible!

What are the benefits of a Kids Karate program?

Increases confidence, develops concentration, increases balance and coordination, builds discipline, tests physical fitness, and increases flexibility.

What equipment do I need?

Each member is required to wear a Pro Style Martial Arts Gi to class.  As you progress through your belts, students will be invited to join sparring, a weapons class and may require additional equipment.  Gi’s and all equipment are available through Pro Style.

Adult Karate

What is it?

Designed specifically for adults looking for experience in martial arts, while developing fitness, flexibility and self defense.  Karate helps you to achieve your personal best by pushing your boundaries, both physically and mentally, to limits you did not think possible!

What are the benefits of an adult Karate program?

Increases confidence by teaching self defense techniques, develops concentration, builds discipline, tests physical fitness, and increases flexibility.

Young Adult Karate

What is it?

Our Young adult classes are specifically designed with Pre-Teens and Teenagers in mind.  We focus on developing character, building self esteem, instilling discipline, and providing building blocks to ensure future success!  Students progress through belts, and build not only improved skills in marital arts, but also character and confidence!  Students progress through a belt system, with each level requiring different skills development.  As they progress, new opportunities are added, such as sparring classes, weapons classes, and a Black Belt Club.

What are the benefits of a Young adults Karate program?

Increases confidence, builds dynamic martial arts capabilities, teaches self defense, promotes discipline and dedication, all while improving their overall mental health and physical fitness.

Circuit Training

What is it?

Circuit Training is a full body workout training  method that is comprised of a series of exercises that are performed repeatedly and through a rotation . The circuit training exercise are generally for training different muscle groups through this rotation and allows for an athlete to get a total body workout in a 45 minute class .When an athlete moves from exercise to exercise they are able to train their muscles while keeping their heart rate up which increases their strength ,cardiovascular and cardiovascular and cardiorespiratory endurance
