Karate and Kickboxing, with dedicated programs and curriculum for every age group - preschool, kids, teens, and adults.
No, no, and no. You do not need to be fit or coordinated to begin. Most people say they feel and look better after training with us. All fitness levels are welcome.
It is never too late. Kids, adults, and seniors all find that karate makes them healthier, more flexible, and more focused. Our programs start at age 3, and we meet every student where they are.
Absolutely. Our classes are very beginner-friendly, and you will feel more comfortable with every lesson. That is our mission.
You are most welcome to stay and watch. Once kids are comfortable, some parents drop them off, run errands or grab a coffee, and come back after class. Either is fine with us.
For karate you will need a uniform (a gi) - but do not worry, we have you covered. Take advantage of our trial offer and get a free uniform on your first lesson.
Karate is safer than many sports, and injuries are rare. From quality equipment to proper supervision, a safe and enjoyable environment is our top priority.
